Full outsourced consultancy retainer

This is our cost-effective alternative to employing your own in-house HR professional. We will provide proactive and commercial HR support through a dedicated HR Consultant and Advisor who will meet with you and your managers at an agreed frequency to suit your business, and guide you through day-to-day HR challenges via telephone and email.

We will work with you to find a solution that suits you best and if you simply require telephone and email support then that’s an option too – there is always someone who knows your business on hand to help.

Project work

Our specialists develop and manage one-off projects such as training and development, restructuring, choosing and implementing a new HR system, recruitment and selection, drawing up employment contracts, people policies, salary benchmarking and more.

As part of our project work we can also offer interim in-house support where one of our experienced, CIPD-qualified specialists effectively become a part of your team, working from your offices and providing seamless HR services.

Urgent HR

When you need urgent help, or a confidential discussion with an HR expert, we can step in at a moment’s notice. Our rapid response service, billed at an hourly rate, includes immediate advice, a site visit if necessary and whatever it takes to swiftly resolve the issue.
