Course description

This module will cover how to conduct thorough investigations for disciplinary or grievance issues and the importance of conducting investigations before commencing a formal procedure. 

Using a case study to bring the subject to life, delegates will learn how to prepare for investigatory meetings, how to ask questions to effectively gather information, and the importance of keeping comprehensive written records.
