A charismatic and inspiring leader, Sally-Ann is instrumental in Reality HR’s continued growth and success. 

Her long HR career has seen her working nationally and internationally, including senior roles at one of Britain’s largest supermarkets.  

She leads from the front, actively encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing, and insists on excellence in all aspects of Reality HR’s work. 

As a successful business owner, Sally-Ann has a deep understanding of the needs of clients, always focusing on strategies that meet their unique objectives and encourage growth. 

She actively contributes to the community as governor of her local college, and as Chair of Trustees for the local Scout group.
