Laura is an experienced business owner, mentor and chairperson. Her accomplished career includes senior roles in retail store and area management, logistics and HR before then working alongside business owners of small and medium-sized businesses.

As founder of two successful businesses, Reality HR and Blackdot Business, Laura’s strengths lie in business development, sales and marketing and mentoring. Her ability to motivate and inspire others has enabled her to grow strong teams.
