If you’re not sure what any of that means, you probably haven’t heard of Insights Discovery – a psychometric tool that can provide fascinating insights into the personalities and relationships of the people in your teams.
We have consultants here at Reality HR who are fully trained in using Insights to find a solution which will help business owners improve communication and relationships within their teams, driving creativity, productivity and ultimately business results.
Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights® Discovery uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, strengths and the value they bring to the team. These “colour energies” determine how and why people behave the way they do and how everyone perceives the world in different ways.
Our consultants always find working with Insights® Discovery a fascinating, fun and eye-opening process and the businesses we work with are often surprised by just how much it reveals.
To start, we will work out exactly what your company needs and ensure that using Insights® Discovery is the right solution for you. Once we have established that the timing is right for you to start the Insights journey, we will build a programme of activity which works for you. Typically, this will include 3 stages.
Stage 1 – Each participant will complete an online questionnaire which will be used to produce their own personal profile.
Stage 2 – We will run a fun and interactive workshop which will bring to life the impact these colours can have on the day-to-day running of your business.
Stage 3 – We will then provide confidential coaching sessions with each participant so they can continue to develop their new found knowledge based on their profile.
We believe passionately that this is not a one off exercise as Insights promotes ongoing learning. We will provide an initial range of ideas to keep the learning alive, and when you’re ready to take your Insights journey to the next level we can offer additional workshops including; Discovery Full Circle, Sales Effectiveness and Team Effectiveness.
