The insights discovery personality system uses four different insights colours to represent a variation of “colour energies” to describe your personality. The insights discovery colours are Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. The four different colours represent a different personality trait. Each result will show a blend of all the four colours, with one colour energy being more prominent than the others.
The Insights Discovery Profile metric allows you to view the different insights personalities in your team and advises how you should communicate and engage with them, focusing on their personality traits, what they’re good at and what they enjoy doing.
We have consultants here at Reality HR who are fully trained as Insights Discovery Practitioners to form an Insights Discovery Profile and find a solution which will help business owners improve communication and relationships within their teams, driving creativity, productivity and ultimately business results.
To start, we will work out exactly what your company needs and ensure that using an Insights Discovery test is the right solution for you. Once we have established that the timing is right for you to start the Insights journey, we will build a programme of activity which works for you. Typically, this will include 3 stages, but is completely flexible to meet your needs.
Stage 1 – Each participant will complete an online questionnaire using psychometric testing which we can use to produce their own personal insights discovery profile. These questionnaires have no right or wrong answer and are something that the participants should not worry about.
Stage 2 – Once each participant has completed the online insights personality test questionnaire, we will run a fun and interactive workshop which will bring to life the impact these Insights Colours can have on the day-to-day running of your business.
Stage 3 – We will then work with each participant by providing confidential coaching sessions to help them understand what their Insights Discovery Profile means but also how they can continue to develop their new-found knowledge based on their profile.
We also recognise that it may be some time before teams can come together for an Insights workshop and Stage 2 can be delivered virtually using interactive exercises and group discussion ensuring that participants can actively engage in the content.
Once all stages are complete, you will need to continue to work on your findings to improve your performance and get the most out of your team. We will provide follow up exercises which can be facilitated with or without our Insights Practitioner.
These profiles will provide you with the strengths and weaknesses of your team, how they like to manage and be managed, communication style, sales effectiveness and how to create the ideal working environment.
We believe passionately that this is not a one-off exercise as Insights Discovery promotes ongoing learning and requires routine reviews. We will provide an initial range of ideas to keep the learning alive, and when you’re ready to take your Insights journey to the next level, we can offer additional workshops including; Discovery Full Circle, Sales Effectiveness and Team Effectiveness.
