Virtual meetings can be hard to get right, and they need a different approach from regular meetings. This session will look at what you can do to prepare for and run an effective and productive virtual meeting.
We will consider how to choose (and use) the right technology, the skills of an effective Chair or facilitator, how to prepare the agenda and structure the meeting, the ground rules for participation and communication and how to ensure everyone is involved and stays awake!
