Bespoke training programmes

We can design and develop flexible bespoke training for management that lets you choose from our menu of modules. Programmes can be tailored for existing managers or those new to the role.

Each programme can be delivered over live video or face to face (or a combination of the two). We will work with you to agree the length of each module, and how frequently you would like them delivered, to suit the needs of the delegates and the business.

We usually find these modules work well over a period of 6-8 months, which allows time in between the sessions for the delegates to practise and embed the skills learnt and make a real difference in their roles. Virtual sessions are typically 2 hours long, and face to face sessions 3-4 hours long.

New Managers

We recommend all new managers attend a series of modules aimed specifically at new managers, supervisors and team leaders, which will provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their new people management role.

The training modules provide a solid introduction to current essential employment law requirements, hints and tips and best practise.

Pre and post course support will be available to help delegates apply the learnings from the programme. This will include:
  • Pre training phone/video call with each delegate to agree individual learning objectives
  • Training folder, training material, individual delegate pack for future reference
  • Follow up phone call with the trainer /your HR Consultant to discuss action planning to ensure development areas are addressed in a planned manner.
  • Delegates will be encouraged to share their learnings and actions with their line manager.

HR Essentials for Managers

This series of modules is suitable for those who have been managers for some time, but who may need a refresher on specific areas, or reassurance that they are managing their people in the best possible way. It is perfect for line managers who have responsibility for one or more employees.

The training modules provide a solid introduction to current essential management hints and tips and best practise that can be used immediately to increase confidence and capability.

Our bespoke training courses can be tailored to your needs, but below is an example of what a training programme for managers would look like.
