With a specific focus on the additional challenges raised when communicating virtually, this module will help delegates build effective communication channels with everyone around them.             • Know how to use effective questioning techniques in a variety of scenarios  
            • Listen actively and empathetically 
            • Provide ROBUST feedback in a variety of situations, to assist stakeholders in improving and developing their performance and behaviours
