Our HR Essentials Training for Managers offers an insightful introduction to key HR and people management practices. This session will equip you with the knowledge needed to manage various people, situations, and daily HR issues effectively.

  • Introduction to Employment Law and the Equality Act: Ensuring lawful and fair practices in line with current and upcoming legislation

  • Induction and Probation: Onboarding new joiners and ensuring their success
  • Performance Management: Maintaining excellent performance and handling poor performers
  • Disciplinary and Grievance: Managing issues legally and effectively, with a focus on informal resolutions where appropriate

Part 2 – People Essentials 

Date: Tuesday 30th June

Part 2 aims to take your managerial skills to the next level. This session focuses on implementing your existing knowledge with essential soft skills necessary for effective team leadership.
