Motivation and Team Working

Course description

Suitable for managers at any level who wish to increase the effectiveness of their team, this session will look at the stages of team development and enable delegates to assess their own and their team’s styles and how they relate to others. In this workshop-style sessions, managers will plan activities to increase communication and motivation. 

Learner Objectives

• Assess the development stage of their current team 
• Help move their team to the “Performing” stage 
• Understand various theories of motivation  
• Recognise individual motivators in their team members 
• Create an action plan to increase the hygiene factors and motivators within their workplace
