          Information

Recommended duration: To facilitate optimal learning and application, we strongly recommend attending this workshop at least one week after the Introduction session.

This interval allows you to gather relevant information about a project you intend to manage or revisit and revise a current project.

By focusing on a concrete project during the workshop, you can directly translate the acquired knowledge and tools into results.

Additional notes: Introductory one-day course available as a pre-curser, or for more junior Project Managers.

If run as a follow up, we recommend a week between the two sessions, which allows participants time to gather information about a project they may be intending to run or to review and revise a current project.
