Suitable for new supervisors, team leaders and managers, this course will provide information and knowledge about all areas of management to help them develop their confidence and capability to excel in their new role. Our experience shows that employees are often promoted to managerial roles due to their technical expertise, and often don’t have any experience of managing people, so this session will provide a solid introduction to management practices and requirements, hints and tips and best practise.
