We will consider the specific challenges that face dispersed teams, and they will create some practical steps that they can take to develop communication, planning, and collaborative approaches, that take into account the needs of the individuals, the team and the organisation.
We will also provide information on the organisations’ legal obligations around health and safety, risk assessments and Display Screen Equipment assessment, and how these differ for home based workers versus onsite employees.
