Our Leadership Development Programme harnesses the power of Insights Discovery to help leaders see themselves more clearly and lead with greater authenticity and impact.

Good leadership is about mastering more than a set of management skills. Leaders must create a compelling vision, produce results, and maximise the effectiveness of their team through shared goals and values. Our Insights Leadership Development programme helps people become the best leaders they can be.

Using the Insights Self Aware Leaders framework, participants explore how their natural strengths can be leveraged to inspire, motivate and drive results – while identifying the areas where they can grow. It’s about understanding where they naturally excel and identifying areas for development, this self-aware approach enables leaders to develop a more purposeful approach to leading their teams and peers. Good leadership requires leaders to create a compelling vision, deliver results, and bring out the best in the people around them – and that’s no small task. With an increasing requirement for efficiency and with the Employment Rights Act placing greater expectations on organisations, strong, self-aware leadership has never been more important.

This programme is designed to build that kind of leadership – grounded, purposeful and balanced across all four dimensions of what it means to lead.

  • A 1-to-1 coaching session – a dedicated space to explore your profile, set goals and talk through how to apply your learning in your role. Additional coaching sessions are available

Programme Outline

The programme is built around the Insights Self Aware Leaders model and covers the following areas:

1.  The role of a leader: What it really means and what it looks like in practice

2.  Identifying your personal leadership style: Understanding how you naturally show up as a leader

3.  Strengths and development areas: Building a personal development plan that helps you grow as a leader while playing to your natural strengths.

4.  How your preferred style shows up in leadership: How to make that work for you and your team

5.  Balancing the four aspects of leadership:
Results – Getting things done and driving outcomes
Visionary – Looking at future possibilities and setting direction
Relationship – Building collaboration and bringing people together
Centred – Leading with knowledge, authenticity and integrity

New to Insights?

No problem. If you haven’t yet completed an Insights Discovery profile, we’ll facilitate an introductory session at the start of the programme so you can hit the ground running alongside the rest of the cohort. This is included in the programme cost

Investment

The full programme, including your Insights Leadership profile, workbook, all sessions and a 1-to-1 coaching session, is £1,925 per person. Additional coaching sessions are available at a separate cost.

Who is the programme for?

  • Those who are new to Insights – we’ll support you with an introduction at the start
