Course description

Following the introduction of the Worker Protection (Amendment to Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, employers are required to show that they have taken “reasonable steps” to proactively prevent sexual harassment in their workplace.

This facilitated workshop is designed for senior management teams to review their current practices and processes.

Using our comprehensive checklist, top teams will gather data to understand the current situation within their organisation.

Our experienced Trainer/HR Consultant will then facilitate and guide a brainstorming session to plan a variety of “reasonable steps” that can be implemented to help the organisation build a comprehensive and robust action plan of prevention.

The Trainer will provide analysis and guidance from recent cases as well as published guidance, helping to ensure that the action plan meet legal requirements and is fully bespoke to your organisation.
