    Insights for Team Work

    What are the Insights® Discovery colours?

    The insights discovery personality system uses four different insights colours to represent a variation of “colour energies” to describe your personality and thought processes. The insights discovery colours are Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. The four different colours represent a different personality trait and associated behaviours. Everyone has a blend of all the four colours, but the differences are recognised by which colour energies are more prominent.

    The Insights Discovery Profile enables you to understand the different insights personalities in your team and guides on how to communicate and engage with them, focusing on their personality traits, what they’re good at and what they enjoy doing.

    How do you implement Insights® Discovery?

    We have three fully qualified Insights Discovery Practitioners here at Reality HR. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all so will work closely with clients to create a bespoke Insights programme which will enhance their business and people plans. Expected outcomes will be to see an improvement in communication, conflict management and creativity, ultimately driving efficiency and business results.

     

    Our Insights personality test and Workshop

    To start, we will assess exactly what your company needs and ensure that using an Insights personality test is the right solution for you. Once we have established that the timing is right for you to start the Insights journey, we will build a programme of activity which works for you. Typically, this will include 3 stages, but is completely flexible to meet your needs.

    Stage 1 – Each participant will complete an online questionnaire using psychometric testing which we can use to produce their own personal insights discovery profile. These questionnaires have no right or wrong answer and are something that the participants should not worry about.

    Stage 2 – Once each participant has completed the online insights personality test questionnaire, we will run a fun and interactive Insights Discovery workshop which will bring to life the impact these Insights Colours can have on the day-to-day running of your business. We have experience in adapting these workshops to incorporate broader topics such as objective setting, culture and values work or team building.

    We recognise that it may be difficult for teams to come together face to face, particularly in an increasingly remote world. Stage 2 can be delivered virtually using interactive exercises and group discussion ensuring that participants can actively engage in the content.

    Stage 3 – This is an optional stage where we will work with each participant on a one-to-one basis through confidential coaching to help them gain deeper understanding of their Insights Discovery Profile and how they can incorporate it into their development plans.

    Following the initial Insights Programme, we support you with materials so you continue the self-awareness journey within your team.

    These profiles will provide you with the strengths and weaknesses of your team, how they like to manage and be managed, communication style, sales effectiveness and how to create the ideal working environment.
