The course aims to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing issues, and provides information for employees to help them recognise possible causes and symptoms of mental distress, in themselves and in others.
Aimed specifically at employees, rather than those managing others, this course will provide practical tools to help develop and strengthen their own resilience and wellbeing, as well as signposting support available to manage their own stress and anxiety.
We also offer a version of this course for managers.
