Reality HR takes part in the Race for Life

We ran 5k for Cancer Research UK

On the 19^th of June, the Reality HR team came together to take part in the 5k Race For Life in support of Cancer Research UK, at the Basingstoke Rugby club.

In preparation for the run, we enlisted the help of Gavin Frecklington, a personal trainer based in Basingstoke who came into the office once a week and made sure that we got in shape and had a better chance of making it across the finish line! Thanks to Gavin, we all pulled through unscathed (if a little bit sore).

Our best time was from Nina, who managed to make the 5k run in around 20 minutes!

We were overwhelmed by the amount of support that our group received from family, friends and also from our clients.

Thanks to their support, we have raised over £4000, which is just amazing.

We want to say a big thank you to our clients who supported us, and to everyone else who joined us in the fight against cancer.
