Laura Davis, Managing Director of Hampshire-based HR Consultancy, Reality HR, will be presenting valuable tips on ‘How to Create a Team Culture that makes your Business more Valuable’ at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2016.

The UK’s leading showcase of fine food and drink will be taking place at Olympia, London between 4th and 6th September and has attracted more than 850 exhibitors this year.

Reality HR provides an outsourced HR function to a number of businesses in the food sector and Laura will be presenting for 30 minutes on each day of the event. She will provide some very useful insights into having the right management structure in place to grow your business, how to identify the talent in your team and what you need to do to develop this talent.
