We are pleased to announce the expansion of the Reality HR team following our acquisition of established people management consultancy, HR Initiatives Limited.
The acquisition brings together two experienced teams of CIPD-qualified specialists to create one of the largest independent people management and learning and development consultancies in the UK.
Reality HR clients will retain their day-to-day relationships with our team while benefiting from the wider pool of experience and expertise the acquisition brings.
