We are delighted to announce that three new employees have joined us at Reality HR, adding to our growing team of HR Advisors and Administrators. Welcome to the team Kirsty, Helen and Tina!

Kirsty O’Neill joins us as an HR Advisor bringing with her a wealth of HR experience. She’s an expert in investigations, disciplinaries and grievances and redundancy and a keen problem solver!

The aspect of HR she most enjoys is employee relations cases, working closely with managers to become better people leaders. Find out more about Kirsty here.

Helen Goodwin is also part of our HR Advisor team, supporting our diverse range of clients and our HR Consultants. Helen is passionate about employee relations cases and enjoys using modern technology to streamline processes.

She previously worked in the telecoms, transport and construction sectors and brings with her expertise in recruitment, redundancy and employee onboarding. Find out more about Helen here.

Tina Hall joins us as an HR Administrator and her focus on providing excellent HR support to our consultants is informed by 16 years’ experience in manufacturing and healthcare organisations.

What Tina likes most about Reality HR is working with a diverse range of clients. She brings skill in Contracts of Employment writing, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures. Find out more about Tina here.
