As part of our ongoing focus on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, we’re delighted to be hosting a special event for business owners and line managers on April 3, 2019.

The free introductory Workplace Wellbeing event that we’re hosting with wellbeing consultancy – The Wellbeing Project, will provide an overview of the five pillars of Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing. It is designed to help businesses and line managers learn about their own resilience, allowing them to better understand the resilience of their employees.

We are hosting this event as part of our ongoing campaign around workplace wellbeing – as you know, a company’s biggest asset is its people, many of which spend most of their adult life at work, so its vital employers invest in them, and part of that investment is taking their health and happiness seriously.

This will often also result in lower levels of sickness absence, and companies which invest in their staff, and their health and wellbeing are attractive to candidates.

It’s important that businesses and line managers learn about their own wellbeing and resilience so that they are able to better understand what their employees need. We’re confident that this session will give them the tools with which to go away and do just that.

As part of our ongoing wellbeing campaign we produced a free, downloadable 10-point guide for employers to help them create Wellness Action Plans for their staff – don’t forget to download it if you haven’t yet done so!

The Workplace Wellbeing event takes place at our offices at The Manor House, Lutyens Close, Basingstoke, between 12 and 2pm on April 3. If you’re interested in attending please book early by emailing us at or calling 01256 328428. See you there!
