Reality HR are supporting YPI Counselling as their chosen charity for 2019.

The charity works closely with local doctors, schools, colleges and children’s services in the Basingstoke and Deane area to support young people aged 11-25 and their families with a range of issues.

The team at Reality HR will support YPI counselling with a series of fundraisers – beginning with a donation to the charity for every download of its Wellness Action Plan Guide for employers. The guide, downloadable here: www.realityhr.co.uk/wellness-action-plan-wap/ takes employers through the process of agreeing with employees how best to support them if they are affected by health or wellbeing problems.

Sally-Ann Hall-Jones, CEO at Reality HR, said: “We are aware of the great work that YPI Counselling does in the community through our strong links with businesses in the area. As an HR consultancy helping businesses get the best out of their employees, we place mental health and wellbeing very high on the agenda. With that in mind, and as many members of the team are parents, this is a very fitting local cause for us to support.”

Tony Capon, CEO at YPI Counselling, commented: “Support from local businesses is so important for small charities like ours. We’re delighted to be working with Reality HR to help us continue our mission of providing accessible mental health support to young people and families across the borough”.
