We are pleased to announce we have been acquired by the Shaw Gibbs Group (Shaw Gibbs), a leading accountancy, tax and business advisory firm.
The acquisition brings together our two businesses to create a 645-strong team, across 18 offices in Central and Southern England and gives Shaw Gibbs’ 7,000 clients access to our specialist services.
We will continue to operate independently, and our clients will retain their day-today relationships with our team while benefiting from the wider pool of experience, expertise and services the acquisition brings.
