We can design and develop a flexible Management Development Programme that lets you choose from our menu of modules to meet the needs of your managers and your business. Programmes can be tailored for existing managers, or those new to the role.
We will work with you to agree the number of modules you need, and how frequently you would like them – we usually find 6 modules over a period of 3-4 months works well, as this allows time in between the sessions for the delegates to practise and embed the skills learnt and make a real difference in their roles.
Or you may just need one specific module from our list – and that’s fine too!
Modules can be delivered via a live video call over Zoom or Teams, or face to face. Our virtual sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours, although some larger topics may be delivered over two or more sessions.
Face to face modules are either 2 or 4 hours, dependent on the level of knowledge and experience of the delegates, and how much detail you would like us to cover.
