Heidi is Reality HR’s chief trainer and comes with profound HR knowledge and over 10 years people management experience under her belt. Heidi specifically designs and tailors her courses to meet your needs, she is wonderfully patient but with a direct, down-to-earth approach that gets to the heart of the subject in hand.

Meet Donna

Donna is our licensed Insights Practitioner and combines this expertise with her strength in training and coaching to encourage teams to work together and adapt to change.
